Ingredients:
- New Grains Gluten Free Pizza Crusts
- Amazing Pizza Sauce (recipe below)
- Mozzarella cheese, cut into slices
- Heirloom Tomatoes, sliced (or quartered if baby tomatoes)
- Fresh Basil, thinly sliced
- Fresh grated Parmesan Cheese
- Balsamic Reduction
Preheat oven to 425 F. Place pizza crust on a stone (or pan). Spread with desired amount of pizza sauce. Add sliced mozzarella, tomatoes, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 5-10 minutes depending on how crisp you like your toppings and crust. Remove from oven and let cool for 3-4 minutes. Sprinkle with Fresh basil and drizzle with Balsamic reduction. Enjoy!
Amazing Pizza Sauce
- 15 oz can tomato sauce
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ¼ tsp dried basil
- ¼ tsp dried thyme
- ¼ tsp garlic
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- Dash of onion powder
- ½ tsp lemon
Combine everything together in a sauce pan except pepper. Bring to a boil, and then simmer for 30-60 minutes to thicken. Add pepper, remove bay leaf.
