    This bread is the best! Sourdough is my favorite bread, but not being able to have gluten Put a halt to my eating it. I kept looking for edible gluten free breads, but they were all gummy and tasteless. I happened upon New Grains and thought I would give them a try. Their sourdough is amazing! It has great texture and taste. I would eat this bread even if I could have gluten!
