Gluten Free Crepe Mix Instructions
You will need:
- 1 3/4 c crepe dry mix
- 3 c milk of choice
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
In a mixing bowl beat eggs until well blended. Add milk, oil and vanilla, mix well. Add in 1 3/4 c dry mix and mix until smooth. Heat 6-8” round frying pan over med-low heat. Spray well with non-stick spray. When pan is warm pour in about 1/4 c of batter and roll pan around until batter is spread thin and evenly in pan. When top of crepe looks dry flip over for about 30 seconds. Remove from pan and enjoy!
