Superb! Soft, yet sturdy enough for a proper sandwich and very tasty. It holds together with a slight crust on top but pillowy soft inside.
I just received it today and made an egg, cheese & turkey bacon sandwich and it was perfect and comforting.
So many GF breads fall apart but this one tastes and looks like a regular ciabatta. Also, as a sourdough it adds a tanginess to the complexities of it’s flavor. Highly recommend
