These are delicious! Unlike English Muffins from the freezer case, these muffins are not gummy, heavy or biscuit like. They toast up beautifully and are particularly good with jam or marmalade. They are also substantial enough to make a sandwich with and it doesn’t crumble in your hand while trying to eat it.

Great product. These are the best gluten-free English muffins I have found. However, shipping is a problem. My last two orders arrived moldy because the USPS shipment took so long – 8 days on one order and 5 days on the other. I wish a more reliable shipping method were available.
