Perfect! This bagel is delicious. It has the perfect amount of cinnamon and raisins and is very soft and delicious. Being gluten intolerant is not so bad since finding New Grains products.

I love these bagels and have ordered them several times. However, the last two orders arrived with mold on the bagels because the shipping took so long – 8 days for one order and 5 days for the other. I cannot continue to receive spoiled products and wish there were a more reliable shipping method available. This is, of course, a USPS problem, but it means that I can no longer enjoy an excellent product.
