Recipe for Gluten-Free Breakfast Pizza:
1. Mix & cook the NewGrains Pizza Mix dough according to package instructions.
2. Once baked, take the pizza out of the oven. Top with tomato sauce, shredded mozzarella, chopped spinach, mushrooms & chopped crispy bacon (cook bacon prior to making this).
3. Make four little wells in the pizza by pushing some ingredients to the side so there’s a little circle.
4. Carefully crack one egg into each of the four wells.
5. Bake the pizza at 450 degrees until egg whites are set.
6. Slice & enjoy!
