A grouping of not only the unreal cinnamon raisin bread which is a MUST HAVE at all times, but I decided to try the coconut macaroon chocolate drizzle cookies along with the chocolate brownie and chocolate chip varieties. Today I received the GF bread I ordered from Amazon. When I opened the package, what a surprise- two delightful and beautiful cookies! I set them aside to “smell-taste” this new bread. I spread some coconut butter/oil on the bread and immediately toasted it for a few minutes in the oven. After my second bite, I began to cry. Finally, a GF bread I could enjoy.

Although GF products are focused on the special population of people who have Celiac disease- I am not one of them- I find that GF products enhance my life and other health needs in a different way. I just can’t stop the tears. This new bread arrived at such a delicate moment in my day, and I thank you personally for the typed letter and personal welcome.

The cookies? I am saving them for my weekend camping trip.

I was searching for gluten free sour dough bread and your name popped up in my search engine. I went on your website and decided to try, reluctantly, your breads. I ordered the sour dough. When it came I was still wondering how it would taste and measure up. To my surprise it is the best bread I have ever eaten, wheat or gluten free either one. My sister loves it and she is not a celiac sufferer. She can't wait to get over to my house and enjoy some of my sour dough bread. It goes with anything and also is good toasted. I've had gastro-paresis since I was a baby that evolved into Celiac's...so thankfully, I caught it early enough.

You had gastro-paresis, I read. Wow, it's so hard to be distrustful of your stomach. I still have gastro-paresis and take Digestive Enzymes...but now being GF with the Celiac's has put me in tip top condition all the way around. I lost 30 pounds and turned it into muscle..and for the first time in my LIFE, I am enjoying food and getting nutrients from "good food fuel".

We are all in this together...and as I said before..May God Bless All You Do.

I am going on a 100 day expedition next year by horse....and still need to be gluten free. Not sure how that is going to happen...but with God all things are possible. I definitely will be ordering your products to be drop shipping "general delivery" where ever my horse and I are at the moment.

I just ordered your multigrain bread for our autistic son who cannot eat gluten, casein, or corn. I meant to get the variety pack, but accidentally ordered 3 of the same loaves. He LOVES the bread and his teachers also love it because they can cut it into small pieces at school so he can use his fork -- we were buying Rudi's brand frozen and then had to toast it and they said it was rock hard on the edges by lunch time and it was also very messy. I put the other two loaves in the refrigerator (I read a few reviews not to freeze it because it can crumble if you do). How long do you think I can keep the bread in the fridge before it goes bad? I plan on buying the variety pack next -- I want to buy 3 at a time since we live in Cleveland, Ohio so I don't run out. Just wanted to get your thoughts on the shelf life when refrigerated? Yesterday, Ken (in Canada) gave us a few samples of your GF breads.

My wife was diagnosed with Celiac disease in 1986. Over the years, she tried may types of GF breads and experimented with assorted alternatives. The best bread substitutes she used for a few years were GF pancakes..that she'd prepare as a batch and freeze. They were her "morning toast" substitute. The commercial breads we've purchased over the years have been poor: dry, poor texture and always fell apart. Today, she simply does not use any bread products and eats cereals for b'fast and as a rule we don't have bread in out house. (If I want sandwiches, then I buy a loaf of multi-grain bread.)

We just got your samples yesterday, so my wife has yet to try them all. She has eaten a few slices of the sourdough bread so far and really likes it. The texture/feel of the other breads feels "right." These look like the best GF breads we seen in 25 years.

Hello, I was in Utah last week for an unexpected trip and my family and I went in to the creamery and I found your selection of gluten free products. It was almost like Christmas or Disneyland to me! I have been eating gluten free for over 2 years and have had a variety of health problems, including thyroid disease and had my thyroid removed 11 years ago and although I take medicine, it still was never consistent and caused many more health problems. I am not sure exactly what I "have" since I just started to eat gluten free on accident when doing a health/diet program and started to feel so much better. I didn't want to start eating gluten again just so a test could say yes or no, I feel horrible and have horrible stomach /bowel problems when I eat gluten and all my thyroid symptoms act out. Anyways, I have not eaten bread for several years because my attempts to make my own from scratch or buy premade bread was terrible. But I LOVE your bread (and the sugar cookie). So far (only because my older 2 are the only ones tested) myself and my two oldest kids are gluten intolerant and eat gluten free. Can you sell your products in Southern California? Just in our ward, there are 5 families that get gluten free sacrament and we are always looking for great new gluten free products. I took some bread to them and they loved it too! We need to be able to get your products here! What can we do to help get your products to be sold here?

We briefly met at BYU Women's Conference while I was purchasing one of your New Grains GF Sugar Cookies.
The quality and taste of that cookie was, hands down, the best Gluten Free product I have experienced.
I purchased a few more cookies, and the same is true with each. They were consistently the best.
Having a 15 year old who must each gluten free, I have many products to compare to yours and by far, New Grains GF Bakery products are the best.

I bought a loaf of white bread this weekend at the Phoenix Gluten Free Expo. I tried a sample of it and just about died. It reminded me of the potato bread my big sister used to make when I was little. Since getting it home, I have eaten it plain and with just butter. Unfortunately I didn't have the opportunity to taste any of the other items but know that they must be great because the white bread is so great. My sister was diagnosed with Celiac Sprue Disease over 25 years ago so I have tasted MANY breads. Nothing comes close to yours. NOTHING. If the expo had continued through Sunday I would have come back for more. I live in North Scottsdale so traveling to Gilbert to the market that sells your bread will be difficult. I have not put the bread in the freezer because I am afraid it will dry out. How long will it last on the counter? I am trying to figure out a way to ALWAYS have a fresh loaf on my counter. I am going to send a loaf to my sister in NC. She will think she has gone to heaven.
I have another sister who was diagnosed through a blood test as celiac. I was diagnosed a year and a half ago as gluten intolerant.
What makes your product even more special to me is that when I was purchasing the bread loaf, an older gentleman approached the booth with a sales pitch and interrupted my sale. The young man who took my order was patient with this man while continuing to handle my purchase. He did this respectfully and I understood that he was giving me attention as this man continued to interrupt the sale.

In a few more words: I have tried quite a few gluten free products and had just about decided not to try any more because they were terrible-- usually because of a dry, sand-like grainy texture and too much sweetness. However, I saw your pink frosted cookie in The Good Earth (Orem) last Saturday and I thought, "Well, even if it's terrible, at least it looks good" (like the good old Granny B's cookies I used to love and still miss). For some reason I decided to try your Brownie Poppers too. Oh. My. Goodness! They are so delicious. You did it. You made gluten free products that are nearly as good (the cookie) as the "real" thing and even better (the brownie poppers) than what gluten eaters are selling. Great job! Keep up the good work. New Grains New Gluten Free Cake Mix!!
Dear Tim,
I started mixing the cake mix and it was going up the mixer and i got chocolate everywhere lol. I finally got it all mixed together and put it in the oven, when it was all cooked and the icing was on it i couldn't wait for us all to try the cake. We got to the restaurant had dinner and sang to him, the time has come we cut the cake and took a bite. I couldn't believe it the cake was awesome and very yummy. My son had 2 slices of cake, my mother, best friend and husband couldn't believe how great the cake tasted for a gluten free dairy free cake they loved the icing as well. I just found out I have celiac disease, which to me feels like A life sentance, but I came accross your cookies, and I am so excited to know that out there some one can bake a normal (better than normal, DELICIOUS) yummy sugar cookie, it gives me hope. I went to Malawi's Pizza the other day and ordered Gluten Free pizza. I can honestly say it was the best pizza I have ever had. Gluten free or not. I cook my own GF bread and I can say what ever their secret is it is almost a miracle recipe.

I wanted to let you know that we had wonderful comments about the rolls for our event in June. We love your products. Yesterday my 4 yr old (recently we found out he can't have gluten) was needing a doughnut, and nothing was going to fix it, he didn't want a homemade doughnut, he wanted one from the doughnut store. He and I stopped in at Good Earth and they had a sample out of your new Cinnamon Sticks, my little guy tried one and the next thing I knew he was grabbing a handful and eating it. I bought 2 pans of it and took it home, got out the doughnut cutter, sprinkled on sprinkles and gave him a "doughnut". He was in heaven. Thank you for making this an easier transition for him.

Just wanted you to know that I recently found your products at the Ogden Macey's store. I found them thoroughly wonderful. I purchased bread, cookies (all varieties) and the tortillas. I have had a chance to taste them all except the tortillas, but will take care of this shortly.

Thank you for putting quality products that taste wonderful out on the market for those of us that have Celiac disease. I like to look at Celiac disease as an opportunity to learn to appreciate new tastes. These products tasted so much like the one's I ate prior to being diagnosed that it brought wonderful memories back to life!

HI, I have visited your bakery at the Maceys stores in American Fork and Orem. My family has a long history of Celiac Disease and we have been dealing with this diet for almost 40 years. Between my siblings and myself we have more than 20 family members that require gluten free food. I have been very impressed with your product and want to say keep up the good work. I especially like your tortillias and because we have an upcoming reunion and a backpacking trip where we would like to use them I am in need of information. Is it possible for me to order in quanity? How much time do you need?

My name is Kerrie J. I live in Milburn a tiny nook in the mountains just off of Fairview canyon. I recently found your products in stores. My two children ages 14and15 have celiac as do I.Your products are so good! We feel like we have real bread again! I am 36 yrs old and a stay at home mom. I am about 105 lbs just to show you I am not over weight and with no major injury I just had to have back surgery. Your story sounded to familiar. I was crawling on the floor trying to take care of my family. I was in so much pain. No doctor could figure out why my back was as bad as it was.Your story touched me and gives me hope that maybe my back is due to the celiac and on a gluten free diet my body will get stronger and I will never have to go through the pain of back surgery again. I was diagnosed with Celiac Sprue a little over a year ago, and my Sister about 3 years ago. Our Stories of Celiac Trauma is so familiar, unfortunately, among us who have this condition.
I just had Gall Bladder Surgery on Friday, May 13th. A couple of ladies in my area brought me a Gluten Free Meal, and included was your Italian Dipping Bread and a Delicious Sugar Cookie. I have searched and searched and have NEVER found such an amazing flavor as you have captured in your ingredients! I am countingt this a major blessing and feel I have just found a Gold Mine! I immediately texted my Sister with your information. She lives in Arizona, but is driving to Utah in a couple weeks and is going to come load up at your Bakery!

the other day on the phone. I really appreciate you taking the time to contact the Good Earth store in Sandy. As I mentioned, my daughter Grace LOVES your bread. We've tried just about everything under the sun for her and they've just been mediocre. Your bread has such a nice consistency and flavor that she loves being able to have sandwiches for lunch again.

I was truly heartbroken to hear your story, yet it doesn't surprise me at all the extent of your injuries. I'm sure you've been amazed as you've learned more and more in all of your research into the foods we eat and what they do to our bodies. I came across it but from a different angle. I mentioned my daughter, who is seven now, was injured by her vaccinations. We believe it was a build up of issues that flew under the radar for the most part for her whole life. Then in December of 2007, when Grace was just four years old, we took her in to get her first flu shot and then it was like a switch in her body flipped and a day or so later she was a completely different child, horrible rashes appeared all over her body and then it just went down hill from there. Ten doctors later, we finally found a homeopathic doctor in Provo who was bold enough to diagnose what we were starting to suspect. She has heavy metal poisoning from the preservatives in her vaccinations, primarily mercury, aluminum and formaldehyde. That's quite devastating to hear as a parent that a choice you made results in your child being so injured. Anyway, I won't bore you with the details, but suffice it to say that she was put on a GFDF diet, actually right after she got sick, a year and a half before her problem was officially diagnosed. So we've been at this GFDF for almost four years now. Your products are a breath of fresh air for Grace and I truly appreciate the sacrifice and effort you have put in to creating them. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
